Pre-sale projects are not recorded on MLS so it is hard to determine straight numbers and facts. Seems to be the supply of condos and townhouses are still not meeting the demands of our market. Most projects now are sending out ‘Suite Request Forms’ with your top 3 choices and appointments to purchase are made on a first come, first serve basis. Prospective buyers are reminded to have more than one choice since projects sell out so quickly now. With new projects constantly popping up all over the Metro Vancouver area, will we see a slow-down any time soon?
